Somewhere along the way, we allowed how we view ourselves, and our health and fitness progress, to be dictated by a piece of plastic and metal. 

We will be diving into what the scale can tell you, what it absolutely can’t, and how to start shifting your focus from chasing a number to cultivating real, lasting health - physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
