She has been a coach for 19 years in the online space, and the focus of her practice is health focused physique change. She is also a drug free Figure Pro and 3x Worlds Competitor, host of the Revive Wellness Podcast, and a passionate Christian. She resides in Lancaster PA with her husband Randy and their two dogs, Maximus and Cody.
